EV Charger Installation in Centennial, Done From the Panel Out
Most of the garages we wire sit in Southglenn, Willow Creek, Foxridge and Smoky Hill, and most of the panels behind them were never sized for a car. We read the service first, then quote the charger. Homes and businesses across Centennial, Greenwood Village, Littleton, Englewood and Lone Tree.
Nothing gets priced until somebody has actually looked at your service, because a quote written without a load calculation is a guess with an invoice attached.

Eight Services
Every EV Charging Service We Run in Centennial
Eight services cover effectively every charging situation a Centennial property throws at us, from a single garage outlet to a striped row of stalls behind an office on Dove Valley. Each one is priced the same way: capacity read first, scope written down, number held.
Level 2 EV Charger Installation
240-volt Level 2 chargers add roughly 20 to 40 miles of range an hour, which is why they are the default for a home that charges overnight. We size the breaker to the unit, run the circuit on the shortest sane path, and commission it before we pack up.
See Level 2 installsTesla Wall Connector Installation
Mounting and wiring the Tesla Wall Connector, Gen 3 units included, with the breaker sized to the amperage you actually set. Wi-Fi commissioning and a firmware check happen while we are still standing there.
See Wall Connector workNEMA 14-50 Outlet Installation
A dedicated 240V NEMA 14-50 receptacle in the garage or carport gives a mobile connector a proper home. We use industrial-grade receptacles rather than the hardware-store part that fails on a 40-amp continuous draw.

Taking a 100A service to 200A, adding capacity, and clearing the insufficient-panel condition that stops a charger circuit before it starts. This is the most common answer in Centennial's older subdivisions.
See panel upgradesHardwired EV Charger Installation
Permanently hardwiring a charger to the panel buys higher continuous amperage, outdoor durability, and the code path you need on a 60A circuit. It is the right call for any unit living on an exterior wall through a Front Range winter.

Single or multiple stations for offices, fleets, retail and hospitality, including networked and payment-enabled units. We plan the trenching, conduit and feeder before anyone picks a pedestal.

Charging for apartments, condos and HOA-governed communities, including load-shared and separately metered installs. We write the scope so a board can read it and a property manager can budget it.

Diagnosing faults, replacing failed units, correcting improper prior installs, and getting to the bottom of breaker trips and charging faults. Roughly half of these calls end at a termination somebody tightened once and never checked.

Why Centennial Homeowners Hand Us the Panel
Charger installation looks like a one-day job until the service panel says otherwise. These six things are what separate a quote that holds from a quote that changes on install day.
The panel gets read before anything gets priced.
A load calculation is not a formality, and in a 1978 Foxridge split-level with a 100-amp service it usually decides the entire job. We open the panel, count the existing load, check the bus rating and the available spaces, and only then tell you what the install costs. If the answer is that your service needs attention first, you hear it on day one rather than after a hole is already in the drywall.
The permit is ours to pull and ours to carry.
Permitting and inspection are the two steps homeowners most want handed off, so we handle them end to end. We file the paperwork, meet the inspector, and do not energise the charger until it has passed. Nothing for you to chase, and no inspection card left sitting on your counter.
EVITP certification, not general handyman work.
Our installers carry EVITP training, the programme written specifically for electric-vehicle infrastructure, on top of Colorado electrical licensing. We are also certified across Tesla, ChargePoint, Wallbox and Enphase equipment, which matters when a unit needs registering for its manufacturer warranty rather than just screwing to a wall.
The price is written down and it is flat.
You get an itemised written scope before we start: the circuit, the breaker, the conduit run, the unit, the permit, the commissioning. One number, not a range, and not an hourly meter that spins while somebody decides where to drill. If we find something genuinely unforeseeable behind the drywall, we stop and show you before we touch it.
Rebate and tax-credit paperwork is part of the job.
Utility rebate programmes and the federal charger tax credit both want proof of a licensed, permitted installation, and both want it formatted their way. We prepare the documentation while the job is fresh, including the permit record and equipment details, so you are not reconstructing it from a shoebox in April.
Work built for a Centennial garage in February.
Unheated garages, exterior walls, blowing snow off the open ground east of E-470, and hail that does real damage to anything mounted outside. We specify outdoor-rated enclosures and weatherproof terminations where the unit lives outside, route cable so it is not strained in the cold, and mount at a height that still works when there is a foot of snow against the overhead door.
Coverage
Where We Run Circuits Across the South Metro
Centennial is the middle of our map, not the edge of it. From here the same crews reach Greenwood Village and Cherry Hills Village to the north, Littleton and Columbine Valley to the west, Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch and Castle Pines down the I-25 corridor, and Aurora, Foxfield and Parker out past E-470. The housing stock changes a lot across that span, 1970s split-levels in one direction and 2015 builds with 200-amp services in another, and the install changes with it. What stays the same is the sequence: capacity read, scope written, permit pulled, charger set, inspection passed.
We already know what is behind your drywall.
Subdivision vintage tells us most of what we need before we arrive. A Walnut Hills home and a Piney Creek home were wired a decade and a half apart, with different panel brands and very different spare capacity. Knowing that in advance means we show up with the right breaker and the right plan instead of a second trip.
Staging that keeps dates honest.
Crews work out from the Arapahoe Road and County Line Road corridors, which is how a Lone Tree appointment and a Littleton appointment can both land on the morning we promised. We book realistic windows rather than optimistic ones, and if a permit queue slows a jurisdiction down we tell you the week it will actually move.
One number covers the whole map.

Questions Centennial Homeowners Ask Us First
The ten that come up on nearly every call, answered the way we would answer them on the phone.
It depends almost entirely on the distance from your panel to the charger location and whether your service has spare capacity. A short garage run on a modern 200-amp panel is the low end; a long run plus a service upgrade is the high end. We give you one flat written number after the panel read rather than a range over the phone.
Yes, and yes. Adding a 240-volt circuit is permitted work, and an unpermitted charger can create problems with your insurer and with a future buyer's inspector. We pull the permit, meet the inspector, and do not energise the unit until it passes.
Often not without help, and that is not a sales line, it is arithmetic. A 100-amp service with electric appliances already on it frequently has less headroom than a 40-amp charger circuit needs. Sometimes a load-managed charger solves it without an upgrade, which we will tell you if it is true.
A straightforward Level 2 install in an attached garage is usually a single day. Add a panel upgrade and it becomes one to two days plus a utility coordination window. The inspection is scheduled separately and does not require you to be home for the install portion.
If you want maximum amperage, outdoor durability and the cleanest code path, hardwired. If you want the flexibility to unplug and take the mobile connector with you, a 14-50. Level 2 describes the charging speed and covers both. We walk you through it against your car and your panel rather than against a catalogue.
Yes. We install customer-supplied units regularly and will tell you honestly before we start whether the one you bought suits your panel and your climate. If it is a poor fit for an exterior wall in Centennial, you will hear that while it is still returnable.
We prepare the documentation both want, including licensed installer details, the permit record and equipment specifications, and hand it to you in one package. We do not file on your behalf or guarantee an outcome, because those programmes change their terms, but you will not be hunting for paperwork later.
Properly specified equipment, yes. Charging rates can drop in deep cold because of how the car's battery conditions itself, which is the vehicle's behaviour rather than the charger's. We mount and terminate for cold weather and specify outdoor-rated gear anywhere the unit is exposed.
That is a different conversation, usually with a board or a property manager rather than a single owner, and it usually involves either load sharing across stalls or a separately metered circuit so the right person pays for the electricity. We write those scopes so a board can approve them.
We book realistic windows rather than promising same-day. Most panel reads happen within a few business days, and install dates depend on the permit queue in your jurisdiction, which we will tell you honestly when we quote. Call (303) 529-8734 and we will give you an actual date.
The Company
Who Centennial EV Charger Installation Is
Centennial EV Charger Installation is a Colorado-licensed electrical contractor that does one kind of work and does not pad the schedule with everything else an electrician could sell you. Our installers hold EVITP certification and manufacturer credentials across the equipment people actually buy here. The reason we lead with the panel instead of the charger is simple: in this part of Arapahoe County, the panel is usually the real job.
Get the Capacity Answer First
Book the free panel read and you will leave the conversation knowing what your service can carry, which chargers that allows, and the flat price to put one in. If the honest answer is that you need a service upgrade before anything else, we will say so plainly.
